Custom Novelty Baltimore Police Collector Badges

These are the best quality badges we have seen, and we recommend them to our site's visitors. They have no police powers, so we have no problem introducing potential buyers to this seller/manufacturer. On top of this, the seller only sells to "Active or Retired Police Officer." These are some of the badges that we have bought for our personal collection, and that allow us a way to carry a badge that identifies us, while leaving our issued badges in a safe place. Giving us security, and quality, at a fair price. 

The Badges with Detective 550 are a few of the badges we bought, or that were given to ken. Ken did order two badges on his own, the "Pink Badge" and the "Stinkin' Badge." Also pictured are some from other jurisdictions made by this company, again he demands Identification showing you as an active or retired officer from the agency you are inquiring about.

Pink Breast Cancer Awareness Badge

Ken carries this badge during Breast Cancer Awareness month

The backs of these badges look just like any BPD badge, they are well made.

The top badge has the Detective's name, I ordered this for Ken to have his name "DRISCOLL" added where it normally would read "POLICE" The bottom one was a duplicate "DRISCOLL" badge he had made for his dad, because his father liked his DRISCOLL badge so much. But his Father passed away before the badge was ready. 

Stinkin' Badge

This was Ken's idea, he has a crazy sense of humor, saw this line used by Willie Nelson, in "Barbarosa" "Badges? We Don't Need No Stinkin' Badges!" Though it is a widely quoted paraphrase line of dialogue from the 1948 film "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre." That line was in turn derived from dialogue in the 1927 novel of the same name, which was the basis for the film.  HERE

The Irish badge was made for St Paddy's Day and in honor of Ken's Irish heritage.

I had this made for Ken just because I liked the look of it, it seemed different, so I had them make one with Ken's badge number and rank.
  

These are other designs done by John. I should point out again, no part of the sales or profits from these badges come to us. We only do this as a favor to our police friends, so they will know where to find a quality item to celebrate their careers. Also, we are introducing police to John with the understanding that he only sells to verified police. I have heard of at least two guys that were not police, or not city police trying to get city badges and he sent them packing, one tried to get Ken to vouch for him, but Ken told him, honor and integrity is about all he has left, he cannot throw it away to help someone get a badge that they did not earn. So, if you are planning on contacting John, unless you are active, or retired from the agency that you are seeking a novelty badge, do not bother. Everyone else, call him, and if you have a crazy idea, like adding your name, or having one made in pink, or a funny movie line. let us know send us a picture and we can add your badge here. 

These are full size reproductions, available with custom rank and badge number, etc. they make nice dedication pieces for fallen officers, or for active/retired police to get for their kids, plaques etc. I am sure the seller will want some kind of verification as to who you are, before selling them unless they are novelty badges, like the Irish, Pink, Black badges, Orioles, Ravens, or the Name versions seen above
