Patrolman Lennon Dies; Was on the force for 30 years

Turnkey at Northeastern Station Suffered Heart Attack Thursday

Patrolman James P Lennon, member of Baltimore Police Department for 30 years and a Turnkey at the Northern District Police Station for the last fourteen years, died early yesterday after a brief illness

Patrolman Lennon's death followed a heart attack he suffered Thursday at 4 p.m. while reporting for duty at his assigned station house. He was 62 years old.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mary M. Lennon; two sons, Corp. James A. Lennon, of the United States Marine Corps; and Harry P. Lennon; and a daughter, Miss Regina Lennon.
